Is material bridging over the outlet, forming a central flow channel, or clinging to the hopper walls? Rate Technology Systems helps review your material, vessel geometry and operating conditions to select an appropriate Solimar solution. Explore disk fluidizers, pneumatic air knockers, external installation kits, sanitary mounting options and aeration controls for dry bulk handling applications.

Pulse and sequence the air supply around the discharge process instead of leaving every aerator on continuously.

Your job: coordinate when and where aeration runs.
Solimar control packages combine an adjustable timer board with air-system components. Standard arrangements serve one to sixteen fluidizers, with custom systems available. RTS reviews the discharge cycle, air availability and control interfaces before recommending a sequence or package.
Example: Alternate aeration zones on a silo during discharge while managing the plant’s compressed-air demand.
Also known as: Aeration controllers, fluidizer timer controls, pulsed aeration packages.
Set the interval and duration of air pulses.
Alternate fluidizers to suit the unloading task.
Timer enclosures, valves, regulators and associated air components can be coordinated.
Provide an operating demand from the discharge process.
Use the timer and valves to apply the selected pulse sequence.
Check flow and adjust timing without exceeding the selected hardware limits.
Review zones and the timing of discharge into downstream equipment.
Coordinate aeration with filling, settling and discharge requirements.
Discuss material release and the available air supply at the installation.
Suitability depends on the specific material and installation. RTS reviews flow behaviour, geometry, operating conditions and the process requirements together.
The Solimar fluidizer overview explains the aeration action being controlled. It is not a timer-board setup or controller wiring tutorial.

Start with the material and a hopper or vessel drawing. For fluidizer control systems, RTS also needs to understand the specific duty: coordinate when and where aeration runs.
How many fluidizers and zones are required? When should aeration start and stop relative to discharge?
Send photographs and dimensions of the existing mounting and nearby equipment. RTS will coordinate a fit review before a replacement or new mounting arrangement is proposed.
Use the model-specific instructions for installation and maintenance. RTS can help confirm the selected assembly against the current application.

Reach the hopper interior for inspection
Provide a practical external opening for inspection and fluidizer access on compatible vessels.

Replace a compatible fabric-pad plate assembly
Use disk fluidizers on a plate where the existing plenum and mounting arrangement support this retrofit.

Keep dry powder moving toward the outlet
Aerate the material at the hopper wall to help reduce bridging, ratholing and retained product.
Send a photo or drawing and tell us what happens during discharge. RTS can help narrow the options and coordinate the application review with Solimar.
