EZ-IN Silo Fluidizer Kits for your process

Your job: upgrade existing air-pad openings.

EZ-IN combines a Solimar fluidizer with a gasketed mounting plate. It is intended for replacing existing aeration pads or diffusers on suitable flat or conical hoppers. RTS reviews the opening and bolt pattern before choosing a plate style, rather than assuming an existing pad is interchangeable.

Example: Replace worn cloth air pads in a cement batching silo using a compatible external mounting kit.

External installation

The assembly is designed for work from the outside of the vessel.
