Fast-Fit Fluidizer Kits for your process

Your job: install a fluidizer through a smaller external opening.

Fast-Fit allows the flexible fluidizer disk to be inserted through a prepared opening from outside. An alignment plate, sealing components and retaining aid support installation. RTS helps distinguish this approach from EZ-IN, which is primarily selected around an existing pad opening.

Example: Add a new fluidizer mounting point to a compatible small hopper without a large retrofit plate.

Also known as: Fast-Fit aerator kits, external fluidizer mounting kits, compact aeration mounts.

Small mounting opening

The installation opening is selected for the standard or Mini fluidizer.

External assembly

The flexible disk passes through the opening before the outside components are secured.

Alignment and retention

The plate and retaining aid assist positioning during assembly.

Start with the material and a hopper or vessel drawing. For fast-fit fluidizer kits, RTS also needs to understand the specific duty: install a fluidizer through a smaller external opening.
