Is material bridging over the outlet, forming a central flow channel, or clinging to the hopper walls? Rate Technology Systems helps review your material, vessel geometry and operating conditions to select an appropriate Solimar solution. Explore disk fluidizers, pneumatic air knockers, external installation kits, sanitary mounting options and aeration controls for dry bulk handling applications.

Use a removable sanitary mounting arrangement where regular product-contact inspection matters.

Your job: inspect and clean the fluidizer more easily.
The Quick Clean kit mounts a fluidizer through a tri-clamp ferrule so the assembly can be removed from outside the hopper. Stainless steel and food-grade UHMW components support contaminant-sensitive duties. RTS reviews the mounting surface and cleaning access along with the powder-flow problem.
Example: Remove and inspect the aeration assembly between ingredient campaigns without arranging routine access inside the hopper.
Also known as: Sanitary aerator kits, quick-clean fluidizers, tri-clamp fluidizer mounts.
The removable mounting arrangement supports inspection and disassembly.
The stem arrangement reduces exposed external threads and accepts a direct air fitting.
The family supports different fluidizer sizes and flat or conical hoppers.
Install the appropriate ferrule and mounting assembly.
Aerate the powder during discharge.
Isolate the equipment and remove the assembly for the specified inspection or cleaning.
Review ingredient changeover, inspection frequency and cleaning methods.
Discuss documentation and component compatibility for the intended process.
Select the disk compound and mounting arrangement together.
Suitability depends on the specific material and installation. RTS reviews flow behaviour, geometry, operating conditions and the process requirements together.
Solimar explains how the fluidizer disk moves powder. This is a mechanism overview, not a sanitary-kit disassembly or cleaning demonstration.

Start with the material and a hopper or vessel drawing. For quick clean sanitary fluidizer kits, RTS also needs to understand the specific duty: inspect and clean the fluidizer more easily.
How frequently must the fluidizer be removed? Is cleaning dry, wet, chemical or temperature-intensive?
Send photographs and dimensions of the existing mounting and nearby equipment. RTS will coordinate a fit review before a replacement or new mounting arrangement is proposed.
Use the model-specific instructions for installation and maintenance. RTS can help confirm the selected assembly against the current application.

Upgrade existing air-pad openings
Retrofit compatible hopper openings with disk fluidizers that can be installed and serviced from outside.

Install a fluidizer through a smaller external opening
Add aeration where a new compact mounting opening is preferable to a larger access plate.

Keep dry powder moving toward the outlet
Aerate the material at the hopper wall to help reduce bridging, ratholing and retained product.
Send a photo or drawing and tell us what happens during discharge. RTS can help narrow the options and coordinate the application review with Solimar.
